What is your guess?

So at this point I could have this baby "any day." The mid-wives have not changed my due date of February 7th, but they have also given me different perspectives, one of them says February 11th and another one says any day.
I have had an ultrasound that estimated his weight at 7 pounds 11ounces plus/minus 15 ounces. The ultrasound was 2 weeks ago. My uterus is also measuring at 42 weeks right now.
I was "checked" on Wednesday and I am not efaced or dialated at all. But I have "thinned" some.
