At the top of this blog there is a box with all of my "shared" items. I read several blogs through google reader. It is a great little gadget that google has where you can put all of the blogs that you read on one page and so you don't have to open 3 dozed tabs/windows. (the only downfall, it doesn't work with private pages).
So of all of the blogs that I read, I "share" them with my friends and family. I would love to post them all on my own blog but I don't have time. So I have added this little gadget that will let me share them with you.
Just another way for you to see the things that I like and that I think are interesting.

Things I miss about dating....

1. Meeting random/psycho/slightly creepy/narcisstic people

2. I don't have as many stories as I used to. I need stories.

3. Free meals

4. Going to different places that I normally wouldn't go to, but I do because I'm stuck without my own car to drive away.

5. Going to places that I like to go, but getting to go for free because the date pays for them

6. Having slightly intelligent, but WAY to deep conversations (I still have intelligent conversations, but they are not creepy like they used to be, which I guess is okay)

7. Again, stories.... I guess I pretty much just miss the stories - like "I dated this one guy....."

Things I've read lately....

I read a lot of blogs. In fact, I probably spend a good majority of my waking hours reading blogs and news. Below are some things that I have found to be interesting, funny or inspiring....

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!!! I live in Utah, so I can pretty much guaruntee that I will see some mommy wearing this. I promise to the blog world that I will NEVER wear this item, or let any of my friends wear it, without a lot of crap if they do.

I suck at sending any kind of card what-so-ever. So this would be an excellent gift for me.

Oh YES she did. Miss Universe, 2009 Dayana Mendoza recently wrote a blog about visiting Guantanamo Bay. In it she talked about it experience being "a looooooot of fun". She said that she found it to be a "calm and peaceful place" and "didn't want to leave." Wow, yes she did. Poor girl. We never said that beauty pageants were for smart girls.... But hey - she's really pretty! Unfortunately the actual blog has been removed from the website, replaced with a statement from Paula Shugart explaining Dayana's previous blog. Damn, the Miss Universe Organization have some damn good media agents, they are great at damage control. I feel for the girl though, when I was 22, I said some pretty ridiculously awesome things.
